If you are looking for a pre-Christmas treat - or early gift, these special one off mornings may appeal to you. 

We have persuaded some of our loyal celebrity supporters to join us for breakfast and then be informally interviewed about their life in the culinary world -  interest in seafood, the market, best restaurants and a few other things too...! 

We will be serving a fabulous 'sharing platter' breakfast along with a couple of glasses of Prosecco, orange juice or Bucks Fizz.
Our team will be cooking up a storm to create mini classics to include:

Manx kipper on sourdough toast
Smoked salmon and cream cheese on mini toasted bagel
Smoked haddock Benedict
Mackerel Kedgeree Scotch Egg
Roast tomatoes and button mushrooms en-croustade 

All followed by pastries,our home-made Granola, teas and coffees.

We will be talking with our guest of the day and there will be plenty of chance to chat and ask your own questions!

We are taking bookings now and will keep these mornings informal so everyone gets a chance to speak with the celebrity chef on the day.


Friday 7th December 
Michel Roux Jnr - straight from the kitchens of La Gavroche - Michele is an ambassador for Norwegian Seafood Council promoting Skrei cod. 

Wednesday 12th December
Prue Leith OBE - a very well known TV presenter, educator, chef, restaurateur - Prue is bringing her new book (her first cookery book in 25 years) along to sign for anyone who would like to take this opportunity. 

Thursday 13th December
Jack Stein - son of Rick and newly appointed executive chef for the Stein chain of restaurants. Having taken a degree at university (just in case!) he has then followed in his Father's foot steps and is now considered to be one of the best seafood chefs in the UK.
