Join us on Saturday 22nd Dcember for our LAST SPECIAL BREAKFAST OF THE YEAR.

This is the last trading day at the market before Christmas. Christmas Eve is a traditional day to serve fish and shellfish. 

Why not join us for a fish or shellfish preparation session and take this home - along with one of our recipes to cook it at home.

SHELLFISH CLASS is being run from 9.00 - 11.30 and the FISH CLASS is being run from 12 - 2.30

Roll up at the school for a Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel, tea and coffee and a chat about the market.

SHELLFISH... Dress a  cooked Canadian lobster, prepare palourde clams, queenie scallops and mussels to take away. We will give you a Shellfish Recipe pack to create either Lobster Thermidor, Mussel and Clam Bourride - or our brand new recipe: Shellfish Pot Roast - to serve a group of 4 friends at home. 


FISH - Fillet a 1.5kg farmed Seabass to take away as two fillets that can be sandwich (bone free!) to create Roast Bass with Lime Nut Butter Hollandaise on Seaweed to serve at home. We will give you a Recipe pack with some other festive ideas.  This imprerssive bass centre piece will serve 4 guests at home.
