We offer the Level 2 Food Safety qualification as a taught course to groups of more than 10 students. The course involves 6 hours of classroom tuition followed by a 30 question, multiple choice exam.
By arrangement, six hours of training is required, followed by a one hour exam. Start and finish time themselves can be flexible.
Everyone involved in the Food Industry has a responsibility to safeguard the health of consumers and ensure the food they sell is safe to eat. The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 certificate in Food Safety have been developed to address the growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments and meet the National Occupational Standards. As a group booking this course is delivered over a six hour training day in a classroom environment. The course tutors use their knowledge of the fish and food industry to engage with students making the session interesting and relevant to their place of work.
