MITCH TONKS MASTERCLASS... straight from his restaurant Rockfish AND The Seahorse 

Restaurateur and food writer - Mitch Tonks will be joining us for the day to cook and talk about his passion for seafood. Author of Fish Easy, Fresh and The Fishmongers Cookbook (to name a few) Mitch will be demonstrating and teaching our guests how to create a couple of his favourite dishes.

Join us at 8.15 - 8.30am for breakfast and hear Mitch talk about his restaurants and his approach to cooking the best sustainable seafood.

Our CEO - CJ Jackson will join Mitch and deliver a cutting session, working with the best of the market on the day. 
After a short break - Mitch will demonstratate a couple of dishes and then all will roll up their sleeves to create their own lunch under his guidance.

We will serve lunch with a couple of glasses of wine and there will be plenty of time to chat to Mitch about his latest projects.

This day doesn't include an early morning market visit, but if you would like to call us up, we can arrange for a chance to view the trading floor and make some purchases.
