THURSDAY 18TH APRIL - SEAFOOD FOR THE EASTER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND EVENT  (18.30PM - 21.30PM)
£80 PER PERSON OR £150 FOR TWO

WHATS IN SEASON NOW... SHELLFISH CLASSICS
Join us at 6.30pm, Learn how to prepare cuttlefish, squid, sustainable warm water prawns (wild Argentinian Red Prawns) mussels and whelks. Create a fabulous seafood stock to make Risotto Nero with cuttlefish ink and seared squid. Prepare the prawns for a Warm Water Prawn and Seaweed Salad. Everyone will help prepare mussels and whelks and the chef training team will make Mussel En Papilotte with Saffron and Whelk and Pancetta Ragu to serve with Penne as a taster.

*A glass or two of wine will be served at the end of the evening as your sit down to tuck into your prepared dishes

GOOD FRIDAY -  EXTRA SPECIAL BREAKFAST  HAKE.  (8.30AM - 11.30AM)
£80 PER PERSON OR £150 FOR TWO

Join us for a traditional SMOKED FISH breakfast to kick start your Good Friday at 8.30am, Hot Cross Buns at the ready too!

After breakfast you will each learn how to prepare HAKE - into loin and fillets.
You will easily have enough fish to serve 4 people.

Chefs will demontrate 3 recipes including Smoked Hake Loin, Roast Hake with Chorizo and Deep-Fried Hake Goujons to serve with Hastings Lemon Ketchup.  We will demonstrate how to make stock with the hake bones.

You will take home your prepared fish and a recipe pack to create the dishes at home. 

SATURDAY 20TH APRIL - EASTER SPECIAL (8.30AM - 11.30AM)
£80 PER PERSON OR £150 FOR TWO

Join us for a traditional SMOKED FISH breakfast to kick start your Easter Saturday at 8.30am. Hot Cross Buns at the ready too...

After your breakfast you will have a preparation session learning how to prepare Cuttlefish, Saithe, Monkfish cheeks and Cold water Prawns. We will give you a recipe for CIOPPINO - the classic San Franciscan Seafood Stew - to make at home..

The chefs will demonstrate some slowcooked Cuttlefish in Rioja and Fish Stock and top tips on how to cook at the seafood prepared.

You will take away a recipe pack to try the dishes at home and enough fish to feed 4.
