What to Expect

An early morning visit on the trading floor during the market working day. The focus will be identifying methods of sustainable harvest and understanding the provenance of the many tonnes of seafood bought to the market daily. After a light breakfast there will be a presentation looking at the leading sustainable organizations followed by a Q&A discussion. This course offers insightful ways to aid the attendees to confidently purchase the most sustainable choices available.

Can I buy fish?

There will be an opportunity to make purchases on the market during the visit. We are able to store a small amount of product in our chiller for the duration of the course. We recommend that you bring cash to make purchases.
