have focused on developing our schools programmes to promote seafood
together with benchmarking industry-wide training. To cater for
our wide client base we offer both selection of scheduled events
and tailored programmes, designed specifically to individual clients
needs."

Praise
for our training:
"I
have now attended several courses including; introduction to fishmongery,
city and guilds in retail fishmongery and fish quality assessment.
Thanks a lot to you and all the team who run these courses, they
have helped me to progress from a fish counter assistant to a
retail manager in just 10 months. I count myself very lucky that
such brilliant courses as those offered by the Billingsgate seafood
training school have been available to help me to this. Thanks
for everything, I look forward to attending more courses in the
future - certainly the shellfish course someday - and I may treat
myself to the sushi and sashimi masterclass!" - D. Horgan,
January 2009.
