Despite all the uncertainty over the last few weeks - we were absolutely delighted to be able to deliver some free pilot webinars.
We couldn't believe the uptake on these events - and it was great for us to practice our zoom skills at the same time!
Our first webinar was all about sea bass - and CJ cooked Seabass in a Chilli Broth.
Our second webinar was a presentation of the versatile hake - on Wednesday 27th January... CJ prepared the fish to show different cuts - and then cooked 3 recipes to try at home.
This recipe is a fabulous way of using fish trimmings or a couple of thin fillets and a great way to stretch fish to serve more people.
One of the simplest recipes to create using any fillet or portion - but it has to be very fresh. It is also an excellent way to create a low fat dish - without realising it is low fat!
