Festive Saturday Catch
Join the team at 08:30 and be inspired with fabulous fish and lovely dishes to serve up over the festive period.
You will prepare a couple of fish to take away, and we will demonstrate a number of dishes for you to try with a glass of wine as a light lunch.
The following will be demonstrated:
- Crab Thermidor
- Normandy fish stew with mussels (Marmite Dieppoise) to take away
- Salt baked Sea Bass
- Beetroot and Cranberry Gravdlax to take away
