You don't need to get to Billingsgate or join ALL our courses at the crack of dawn!

We run the Essential Seafood Monday's on the day of the week that the market is closed.

In a relaxed and informal environment, we serve coffee and biscuits on arrival, followed by a fishmongering demonstration.

Our guests cook 5 excellent recipes suitable for family suppers and easy entertaining friends at home. We aim to give a host of hints and tips along the way - including how to make sure your kitchen is 'fish free' at the end of cooking and some simple steps to understanding sustainability.

All dishes are served for everyone to try for lunch.  At each session there is a seasonal twist to the recipes.

This course  is designed specifically for those who know they should eat more seafood, but it just doesn't feature as often as it could on a weekly menu. This course is aimed at giving you lots of confidence to cook more at home.


This is a 3 hour Course  - Course Size  1-16 People Course Times   10:30am - 13:30pm
