From our kitchens at Billingsgate Market to your kitchen at home. Join us on Zoom to cook two classic shellfish dishes.

Working with scallops (either in or out of the shell) we will talk about sustainability, seasonality and buying shellfish.

We will guide you through the making of Seared Scallops with Saffron to enjoy for supper and demonstrate how to shuck an oyster (and how to taste them)!

Our second demonstration dish will be Steamed Clams (or mussels) with Cider and Sage.

We will email recipes the week before the class - so you have a chance to shop well in advance. The recipe will include what you will need to have ready and the equipment that you will be using.
